Briefings prepared for the Circle rather than the public, what is changing, what it asks of organizations like yours, and what PGI would do about it. Written to be used, not forwarded.
Senior peer exchange
A standing company of people with comparable accountability. The Circle exists for the question you cannot ask inside your own organization, because everyone who could answer reports to you.
Closed-door briefings
Sessions held under candour rules: positions can be tried before they are held, and difficulty can be named without becoming a quote.
Early access
PGI research, instruments and programs before they are public, with the chance to shape them while they can still be shaped.
The Public Good Table
A standing seat at the Institute's invitation-only convening of senior leaders, the smallest and most candid room PGI keeps.
Priority PGI relationships
First call on the Institute's attention when something urgent arrives, a governance question, a public moment, a decision that cannot wait for a scheduled engagement.

How to join

You request a conversation and tell us, briefly, what you carry and what you would want from the Circle.

We talk, about fit in both directions. The Circle works because of who is in it, and you should test us as hard as we test the fit.

If both sides want it, membership is confirmed for the year. If not, we will say so plainly, and usually point to the PGI engagement that fits better.
